Number 14 - Robin x Lucina

Lucina rushed into her bedroom and slammed the door shut; she had thrown herself on the bed and hid her face in her pillows and begun to cry. She was embarrassed, no, mortified with what her brothers had done in front of her guests. It was supposed to be fun, everyone was supposed to have fun. Then Marth and Ike had to ruin it.

The door opened up without warning and Lucina shuttered. "Go away!" she cried out. "I don't want to see anyone...."

"Not even me?" a voice said from behind.

Lucina's eyes widened upon hearing it. The voice was familiar, horribly familiar. Of all people why did it had to be him. She rolled her body around and saw Robin standing in front of her door. He was smiling directly at her which caused her heart to leap.

"R-Robin..." Lucina managed to say with her voice cracking from holding back the tears.

"You know, it's not fun watching Mario, Sonic, Pac-Man, and Mega-Man fight in the darkness of your room," he told her as he approached the bed. "Especially since you lack a television in your room." Lucina rubbed her eyes furiously and wiped away her tears.

"What are you doing here...?"

"Honestly, I should be asking you the same question," he smirked.

"I asked you first," Lucina giggled softly. "I think it's fair if you answer my question first."

"I came here to check up on you. I saw how you were about to cry when you rushed in here." He walked over to the bed and sat down in front of Lucina. The girl couldn't help but look away with a faint blush spreading across her cheeks. He still noticed the blush and smirked. "Your brothers seem to be a bit of a handful to you."

Lucina nodded. "Tell me about it.... They seem to ruin a lot for me."

"Marth and Ike are just trying to embarrass you, you really shouldn't let them get under your skin." Lucina's eyes gazed towards the ground and Robin frowns. He hated seeing her so sad. "Hey...is it true?"

She looked at him and blinked. "Wh-what's true?"

"That, you like me." Lucina's eyes widened and Robin rubbed the back of his head. "I mean, everyone heard what Marth and Ike said about um...you. How you liked me. So I wanted to ask...is that true?"

Lucina looked away. She had to tell him the truth. But what would happen if she told him? Will he even return the feelings? She had to tell him.

Lucina's body trembled. She breathed in then out to calm herself. "Yes...it's true. I...I like you a lot. Marth and Ike just wanted to say it because they wanted me to just tell you.... So now you know..." She looked away from him.

"Well, that makes things less awkward then."

"What?" Lucina returned her gaze at Robin who was smiling at her.

"I'm guess you are waiting an answer from me huh?" Lucina nodded her head. "Well..." Lucina was about to say something before she felt Robin's lips pressed against hers. Her eyes widened and her eyes teared up. As Robin pulled away from the kiss, Lucina just stared at him with her wide blue eyes. "See? Less awkward."

"I...I-I..."

"You know, it's okay to cry. I can see the tears in your eyes so you shouldn't hold it in."

Lucina jumped into Robin's arms and kissed him on the lips; all the while her tears were trickling down her cheeks.
